• Is it normal that the Carrot Remover Pad turned white?

  Carrot Deep Clear Remover Oil Pad is high in oil content and turns translucent and solidify at low temperatures. A pad turned white/translucent gradually returns to its original state after a certain period of time at a room temperature of 24°C (75.2°F). This do not cause any problems with the product, and it is safe to use.
